At Good Food For Good, we understand that you do not want to wait too long to enjoy our delicious and healthy sauces. We strive to ship your order as soon as possible and to keep shipping costs reasonable. Please find below answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about our shipping policies and rates.

What countries do you ship to?  

Good Food For Good ships to Canada and US addresses only. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes. We charge a flat shipping rate of USD $10 - USD $12 depending upon the location. 

Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?   

No, we do not. 

Returns & Exchanges 

All return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have past since your purchase, we will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges. If your purchase is approved for refund, your refund will be processed through the original method of payment, which may take several days depending on your financial institution. Your refund may be prorated based on the number of actual units returned.

We may require photo proof of any damage item claims, so we encourage you to take photos of any damaged items.

Sale items are not eligible for return.

Please note, our Return and Exchange Policy only applies to products purchased direct from our website, www.goodfoodforgood.ca. If you purchased our sauces from anyplace else, you will need to contact the related seller to discuss their specific return policy.

How do I change my order?

How do I return/exchange if I receive a wrong product?
